The public explorer is generated directly from the closed Quiesce.T NYC analytical warehouse. It does not recompute warehouse indicators in the browser.
The analytical geography uses the 2020 Census tract universe and its 2020 NTA and CDTA relationships.
ACS measures use the warehouse's verified estimate/MOE pipeline. Additive measures are rolled from components rather than averaging tract percentages.
Median ACS fields are retained at tract level only and are not averaged to NTA or CDTA.
Indicators describe different dimensions of neighborhood and housing conditions. They should not automatically be interpreted as a single ranking of neighborhood quality or need.
No composite risk or priority score is included.
